The hotel had a particularly good and beautiful location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Inec. It was located in a really quiet area short walk to outskirts of town, Killarney's Awesome National Park and the national park and uncross house. Newly renovated and heated rooms were available.

First stay with wife a few months ago was excellent. Recent stay alone, bar food was so awful I complained about it and I don't usually complain. Otherwise good including breakfast.

Let's talk about what really matters
The spacious layout of the hotel rooms was a standout feature, with a lovely flow from one area to another. The staff, especially at reception, were very good, accommodating our early check-in request. A prime location for exploring the local area and attending events.

The room was cheap.
I didn't like the attitude of the staff. I felt I was putting them out by staying there. I won't book this hotel again and I travel to Killarney frequently.

The room was lovely and we had breakfast brought to the room, it arrived on time and was piping hot, real treat.
The receptionist could try a smile once in a while, other than that I had no complaints.

Beds were very comfortable and the bar food was gorgeous.
Obviously put all their effort into bar food as breakfast wasn't to the same standard.

The hotel is fine with modern facilities. My standard double room had a super thick mattress and a beautiful ensuite. I loved the cozy coffee and tea setup in the room. The bar environment is the best i've seen in ireland. On top of that, having a fresh orchid blossoming in my room was a lovely touch!
